The Midwest School Social Work Conference hosted by the Minnesota School Social Workers Association will be held on October 7-9, 2010 at the Holiday Inn & Suites, Bloomington, Minnesota across from the Mall of America. The Theme is "Shopping for All Students Success."

The Kentucky and Ohio School Social Work Associations are hosting their Fall Conference, "Crossing Bridges to Practical Interventions," on September 16-17, 2010 at the Hilton Hotel, Florence, Kentucky in the greater Cincinnati area. The Partnership for Professional Development is sponsoring a workshop on "Applied Ethics in Action" on Thursday, September 30, 2010 from 9am-4pm at the Dunn-Richmond Economic Development Center, Carbondale.
